About This Registry
The National Osteoporosis Foundation Quality Improvement Registry, in collaboration with Premier, is intended for all providers and specialties caring for patients with osteoporosis.

This registry has been approved by CMS as a Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR) for eligible professionals and group practices since 2014.

This registry’s measure library is comprised of Quality Payment Program clinical quality measures and custon NOF-developed Osteoporosis specific measures.
