The Oncology QCDR Powered by Premier, Inc. is intended for ONS members and non-members and aims to measure, report, and improve patient outcomes in oncology. The seven custom Oncology Measures developed by the Oncology Nursing Society are patient-centered with a focus on symptom assessment, intervention and supportive care for cancer survivors from active treatment through the first year post-treatment. The Oncology QCDR also provides access to an assessment center through the resource tab that provides subscribers with access to valid and reliable assessment tools available for implementation into clinical practice to support clinical improvement activities. There is also a well developed Resource area to help subscribers answer the important question, "How Do I Improve?"
This registry has been approved by CMS as a Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR) for eligible clinicians, groups, and virtual groups since 2014.

Improvement Interventions to Close Gaps in
Patient Care
The registry identifies possible interventions for improvement based on clinical quality gaps found through calculating your selected quality measures.
Once a measure gap is identified, this quality improvement registry automatically identifies improvement interventions. The green "How Do I Improve?" button associated with each measure links to relevant improvement tools including clinical guidelines and continuing education materials. |
