About this Registry
The Renal Physicians Association Kidney Quality Improvement Registry, in collaboration with Premier, Inc., is intended for nephrologists and nephrology practitioners to foster performance improvement and improve outcomes in the care of patients with kidney disease and related disorders.

This registry has been approved by CMS as a Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR) for Eligible Professionals and GPRO Practices since 2014.

Measures That Matter
This registry is comprised of 44 quality measures, including CKD, Adult/Pediatric ESRD, Palliative Care, Vascular Access, and Patient Safety (QPP and non-QPP measures).

The registry identifies possible interventions for improvement based on clinical quality gaps found through calculating your selected quality measures.

Once a measure gap is identified, this quality improvement registry automatically identifies improvement interventions. The green "How Do I Improve?" button associated with each measure links to relevant improvement tools including clinical guidelines and continuing education materials.

How much does it cost to participate?
Registration and payment is required for each MIPS submission period. The annual cost per provider is $499 for member providers and $699 for non-member providers. This subscription fee includes annual use of the data for quality improvement purposes and MIPS submission to CMS.
