About this Registry

The Wound Care Collaborative Registry, in collaboration with Premier, Inc., is intended for all providers across specialties involved in wound care treatment and management.

This registry has been approved by CMS as a Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR) for Eligible Professionals and GPRO Practices since 2014.

Measures That Matter
This registry is comprised of 24 quality measures, including measures for chronic wound care developed by the Joint Task Force on Quality Performance Measures (approved by the WCQIC).

Choose any time to start reporting anytime between January 1, and October 2, 2017 and submit to CMS in early 2018 to be considered a participant for the 2019 payment year.

Improvement interventions to close gaps in patient care

The registry identifies possible interventions for improvement based on clinical quality gaps found through calculating your selected quality measures.

Once a measure gap is identified, this quality improvement registry automatically identifies improvement interventions. The green "How Do I Improve?" button associated with each measure links to relevant improvement tools including clinical guidelines and continuing education materials.

How much does it cost to participate?

The annual QCDR registration is $399 - $599, depending on group discounts. This fee includes annual use of the data for quality improvement purposes and QPP quality reporting to CMS.

Additional OPTIONAL Reporting Services:
Clinicians who have registered and paid the annual QCDR reporting year may purchase both the 2017 Improvement Activities and Advancing Care Information performance attestations for an additional $99.
