About this Registry

The Oncology Quality Clinical Data Registry, Powered by Premier, is intended for ONS members and non-members and aims to measure, report, and improve patient outcomes in oncology. The seven custom Oncology Measures developed by the Oncology Nursing Society are patient-centered with a focus on symptom assessment, intervention and supportive care for cancer survivors from active treatment through the first year post-treatment. The Oncology QCDR also provides access to an assessment center through the resource tab that provides subscribers with access to valid and reliable assessment tools available for implementation into clinical practice to support clinical improvement activities. There is also a well developed Resource area to help subscribers answer the important question, "How Do I Improve?"

This registry is approved by CMS as a Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR) for Eligible Professionals and GPRO Practices since 2014.

Measures That Matter
The custom measures were developed by the Oncology Nursing Society with input from members of the multi-disciplinary team for use by the team in evaluating the quality of supportive cancer care necessary for optimal patient outcomes. This registry is comprised of 14 quality measures, quality measures including 7 specialty-related non-QPP measures.
